I have been using mine for about a month now and this makes such a big difference in making pizzas on the Big Green Egg. Once the stone is between 500-550 you are set. The unit gets the top of the pizza done very nicely as it changes the airflow to go over the top of the pizza. Without the pizza-porta the heat does not roll over the pizza top nearly as well. Great product.
