We ship our products via UPS. International orders may require additional shipping charges. Please call or email us to arrange shipping for your international order.

WARRANTY & RETURNS POLICY

Warranty

Camander Inc. dba Pizza-Porta stands behind all of its products.  Camander Inc. products and components are warranted against failure due to defective material or workmanship for a customary period of ninety days from the date of purchase.  Camander Inc will replace the defective product within 30 days of the return of the defective product. If determined to be a manufacturers defect, all costs for return and replacement of the product will be paid by seller.  Please notify us via email or via phone for any problems with your product.

Refund Policy

We offer a "make it right" program on products within 30 days of the purchase date.  We will work with you on repairs, replacement parts, or a refund for unexpected problems you may experience.   To initiate this process, please contact Pizza-Porta customer service via email for a RA# and shipping instructions.
